Creating Pre-school Memories with Alphabet Smash: Fun Activities
Alphabet Smash is a fun, hands-on, relationship building Christian curriculum for your preschooler or kindergartener. It is an alphabet adventure that is engaging, simple to do and creates lifetime memories. It is homeschooling intentionally.
Now that I have shared the inspiration for Alphabet Smash, I want to tell you about the memories. Memories are the biggest take away of this curriculum.
I especially loved the fun activities we did, all that started with a particular letter. One of the highlights the kids remember is the Alligator Game for “A” week where we put couch cushions on the floor and climbed on furniture and cushions avoiding the alligators that would ‘get us’ if we fell in the ‘water’. My kids still remember even as teenagers. The memories are priceless.

What is more fun than freedom to build a fort? Don’t forget to go in yourself and perhaps have story time by flash light.
You gotta get haircuts! Why not plan it for “H” Week? All of these ideas are already written in one place for you.
‘Being blind’ was a wonderful lesson in being humble. Walking our home, eating lunch, or trying to do simple tasks without sight was a game changer. It sparked discussion of Braille and other handicaps and disabilities.
How fun is that? …..blowing bubbles through a straw of bubble water for “B” week, so that bubbles spilled all over the table, on purpose. It makes clean up a breeze!
We have had so much fun together trying new foods, having new experiences, playing games, and snuggling on the couch reading good books. Learning the alphabet is now a fun learning adventure, creating memories that last a life time.
This is just the tip of the iceberg of the memories we created with Alphabet Smash … but why take my word for it? Why don’t you try it yourself?
Now, you can experience this learning adventure with your child!

“When we treat children’s play as seriously as it deserves, we are helping them feel the joy that’s to be found in the creative spirit. It’s the things we play with and the people who help us play that make a great difference in our lives.”
