Good Friday is the Best Worst Day.

The Cross Walk, in Mint Hill, NC, is a visual testimony of what Christ did for us as He carried the cross.  It is a humbling experience to realize Jesus’ love for us; to those who walk and those who drive by.

Good Friday Cross Walk Scripture

Scripture is read and prayers offered at 4 stops along the way on the journey to the center of Mint Hill.

This was the testimony, interpreted, of a Russian Christian pastor.  It was passionate and moving.  He thanked Christians for coming to Russia to plant churches and witness to his people.

Cross Walk scripture 2

When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices so that they might go to anoint Jesus’ body. But when they looked up, they saw that the stone, which was very large, had been rolled away. As they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed.

“Don’t be alarmed,” he said. “You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here.  Mark 16:1-6
